Although I use this home frequently for my own personal use and Block Out many dates throughout the year for myself, family members, & friends, I will rent to You on any Open Dates in my calendar, which is always up-to-date/current.
Spectacular Vacation Mountain Home in NE Ga Mountains in Kingwood Resort Golf Community - CUSTOM Built in 2009 and designed to accommodate 2 families vacationing together or just a romantic getaway for 2 people using the Main FLoor!
--A Chalet for 2 or 3 people (Lower $$$ Costs) using MAIN FLOOR ONLY (The Lower Floor would be Locked). For your convenience and safety, The home is NEVER RENTED to 2 unknown families at one time!!
--Or use ENTIRE HOME for up to 9 people (Both floors).
We have everything you need: from TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player, all appliances, coffee maker, Weber Gas Grill, Blender (For Happy Hour on the deck), games, pool table, ping pong, board games and don't forget that cozy fire on a cold night.
MAIN FLOOR has 1,633 sq ft of A/C space with 2 Central A/C-Heat zones, Lots of windows and HIGH Glass, Cathedral ceilings made of tongue and groove cedar. Enjoy the mountain view from the living room or from the spectacular & HUGE Double Deck (Upper & Lower) across entire front of home which is accessed from the 8 foot glass doors in living room. Beautiful wood floors throughout the entire living area. Master bedroom, master bath (w/jetted tub and separate tiled showered stall), kitchen with stainless appliances, snack bar, living room with wood burning fireplace, dining room, Den(w/computer desk/station and luxurious futon that sleeps 1), 1/2 bath, laundry room with full sized washer/dryer and an over sized garage.
LOWER FLOOR also has 1,633 sq ft of living space with 9 foot ceilings and its own Central A/C-Heat: Offers 3 bedrooms (a master suite on its own wing), 2 baths(Garden Tub in bath near Master suite), Full Kitchen, snack bar, pub table, recreation room with pool/ping pong table combo, board games, living room with wood burning fireplace that walks out to lower deck. Everything is NEW (furnishings, beds, etc.) in 2009! You wont be disappointed!
Many Close By attractions are:
Only 19 miles North to Highlands, NC and it's Award Winning 5 Star Restaurants.
Tallulah Falls-15 minutes away where you can experience the natural waterfalls and climb-walk them in the State Park.
Chattooga Belle Farm is 11.5 miles from my doorstep.
The quaint crafty town of Helen, GA (approx 30 minutes away) offers Country Crafts/shopping and Tubing (about $5.00 per person).
Just a few minutes north is the famous DILLARD HOUSE and Nantahala/Bryson City where you can white water rafting, go tubing and mining for Gems-Gold. We are Less than 7 miles to the Chattooga River (The River where the movie 'DELIVERANCE' was filmed) for close by White Water rafting AND ZIP LINING.
Golf and Dining (Public course and membership course but you are able to book Tee times and use restaurant after!). Just check on the web to see what my community offers!
Rabun County Park nearby offers recreation and public swimming pool for a nominal charge ( Approx $2.00).

Summary: While driving up the hill toward the house, my wife said that place looks great, I hope it's the one. We drove past it but then followed to long driveway to the driveway and it turned out to be the house! The views from the decks two levels overlook the golf course and surrounding area. The inside of the house matched the outside so we were very satisfied. The kitchen was stocked with spices, plastic bags as well as kitchen ware. The location was great and only about twenty minutes from Tallulah Gorge which is a great experience. There are many nice hiking trails within 30 minutes as well. The town of Clayton is nice for walking around and there's a nice Walmart and Ingles grocery store within ten minutes of the house. We'd definitely recommend this and would stay again.

Summary: This rental property worked out great for hosting all the groomsmen in my son’s wedding group. My wife & I stayed in the upstairs main floor, while my son and all the groomsmen stayed in the downstairs with its own kitchen, bathrooms, pool table, etc. it’s really neat how you can rent one or both floors of this beautiful well-maintained house. Definitely on our saved list for future getaways and adventures to Clayton, Georgia.

Summary: The house is in a great location to visit a lot of Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina hikes, outdoor activities, and shopping. The house is well-equipped and very nice. Easy access and comfortable amenities. The owner is easy to work with.

Summary: We stayed for a week in early June and had a great time. Very pleased with the property. Location was excellent, paved roads to the house and close to stores but still felt isolated. Community is gated at night but we had full access with codes and remote. Full access to fireplaces, garage and both floors. Plenty of games for the kids and card games for us. Kitchen is fully equipped and the open design means everyone can enjoy being together while cooking. The area has lots to do, Clayton and Franklin are both worth exploring. Highlands and Cherokee are a reasonable drive.

Summary: Our oldest daughter was getting married at Chattooga Belle Farm. This location was perfect, as it was on 76 towards the venue. The house is beautiful with gorgeous views overlooking the mountains and golf course! The house was fully furnished with everything we needed. The host had clear, timely communication. We had a wonderful stay!

Summary: We stayed here with our large family (9 in total) ranging from mid-70s to our infant. The home was perfect with a large bedroom on the main level and 3 in the basement. The kitchens were the most well-equipped kitchens we have experienced. They had plenty of dishes, pots/pans, utensils, and even a crock pot! We cooked for every meal with no issues. The only issue we had was a small area of the porch with some dry rot that resulted in a small hole in the wood. We reported it to the owner and he assured us it would be fixed ASAP. Overall I recommend this home. It is spacious, well-equipped, and super clean!
